Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως το 2018. Αποτελείται από δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με καθιστικό. Επιπλέον διαθέτουμε και ένα παρκοκρέβατο.

The house is located in a beautiful picturesque village of Laconia, Foutia, surrounded by the green of the mountain and overlooking the Aegean Sea and Monemvasia. Only 15 minutes from Monemvasia, 25 from Neapolis and Elafonisos, it allows the traveler to visit the archaeological sites of the area, such as the Cave of Kastania, as well as its excellent beaches.

This is my old family home. The house is bright and painted with open colors. Trying to preserve its old character I kept some antique furniture, crockery, and even a chandelier above my parents' living room. It has in the back of the courtyard with an arbor and on its front balcony lovely views just above the sea.
