Πρόκειται για το παλιό μου πατρικό. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και βαμμένο με ανοικτά χρώματα. Προσπαθώντας να διατηρήσω το παλιό του χαρακτήρα κράτησα κάποια έπιπλα-αντίκες, σερβίτσια ακόμα και ένα πολυέλαιο πάνω από το σαλονάκι των γονιών μου. Έχει στο πίσω μέρος του αυλή με κληματαριά και στο μπροστινό του μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα.

Σπιτάκι - Hommie

Η σοφίτα "σπιτάκι" είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος 45 τμ. Είναι φτιαγμένος με μεράκι και αγάπη έτοιμος να στεγάσει ανθρώπους που θέλουν να βιώσουν μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία στη Μονεμβασιά. Η τοποθεσία του θεωρείται "κέντρο - απόκεντρο" καθώς βρίσκεται 500 μ από το κέντρο του οικισμού Γέφυρα και 50 μ απο τη παραλία Κάκαβος.
