Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Roda

Mrs. Natasa was impeccable as a host, gave clear instructions for the location of the apartment, did not require us to leave the premises before 11, as is usually the case. She was perfectly cooperative. The house was very modernly furnished, with all the necessities (e.g. bottled water, iron/ironing board, various coffee machines, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine (even a basket for laundry) etc.). Comfortable balcony + courtyard for children to play. Thank you very much (family with two small children).

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

The apartment is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Clean, and equipped with almost everything you may need in your vacation. Host is very responsive and helps with everything you need. You have parking park inside the yard. The only remark I can make, is the wifi. It is really slow with many interruptions, and was not sufficient for remote work. Other than that, definitely recommend this apartment.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

We arrived at the end of December and it was long before he told us that he would heat the house before he arrived in his message and did so. It was also very nice to leave a bottle of wine on the table for us. The house met all our needs. The balcony view was great. The beds were covered with nice sheets. The internet was great. We were very satisfied with our stay, thank you.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Every detail was thought out to the finest detail. They left us dessert treats, I liked it very much. There was even a new sponge and a package of kitchen wire that was not opened. I liked it very much.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

100% worth. Landlord is not near the property like is in the most properties.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Dafina with her availability did not make us miss anything. The apartment is new, quiet, spacious, clean, equipped with every comfort and with a beautiful terrace. And the ideal place to visit Kassandra. Beaches and main services are easily accessible. Perfect place to relax
