Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

The place was spacious, very clean and cosy. It was equiped with everything we could ever think of using and Theodora even left us some wine, wather and fruits to make umour stay even better. It was really close to the sea and had a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, the room was fully equipped with everything and was incredibly quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

Vasiliki and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my vacation in Volos. Great was the spacious balcony and the proximity to the Tsipourou restaurants. The area is also very exciting for hiking, on the way to Agria givttes beautiful swimming beaches

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Dionysis was particularly communicative at any time and moment needed. The place corresponded exactly to the description. There was calm, our dog was welcome, easy parking and definitely on a next visit to the area I will prefer this place. Thank you so much for hosting!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

I travel a lot. This trip was the best because I traveled with friends, in the best house. The location is fantastic, the environment is fantastic, the greenery, everything in this house is fantastic. You feel like at home. We enjoyed it. In short: absolutely amazing! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake to the beautiful and top clean property. Familial, warm, open, you will be welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice stretch of beach is super quickly accessible by car. There are loungers for a drink here. The path to the promenade with many good tavernas is also short. I would have loved to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and again a thousand thanks for the wonderful time!

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

Great place we had a lovely stay..

We stayed 3 people, the house very comfortable and clean, quiet apartment building and area, parking easily accessible and roofed. Near the area there is a market, a playground, a park and a church, it has a couple of cafes. The house is 6 minutes from the University of Thessaly, this was very useful. The host was very helpful, and suggested shops in Larissa and helped us with everything we needed. The house has a netflix that we could use. Overall everything was pleasant and we felt like home, we'll do it again!

We visited Volos with my family for Easter holidays. The apartment was in the center of Volos near cafes with a playground and our little daughter. You had them close on foot without needing a car. The apartment was fully equipped & very clean. Great service. It was quiet . If we visit Volos again we will prefer it again
