Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Filadelfeia

Το κατάλυμα ήταν Πολύ καλύτερο από ότι περίμενα !πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο!είχε όλες τις ανέσεις!

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Μακάρι να ειχα λογια να πω για τον Τeo εναν ανθρωπο υπευθυνο,επαγγελματια ,με γνωμονα την εξυπηρέτηση και βοηθεια σε οτι ζητησαμε, σε χρονο πριν το ζητησουμε..!! Ενα μεγαλο ευχαριστώ μεσα απο την καρδια μας για τον ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟ με κεφαλαια γραμματα ..

Beautiful apartment in a very trendy part of Athens. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back

Modern, clean accommodation with good facilities. Spyros dealt with all our concerns immediately and in a friendly manner. We felt at home right from the start. The metro takes you into the city in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, there are only a few restaurants in the neighbourhood. But the supermarket and kiosk are right next door. The immediate street doesn't smell particularly pleasant. But the accommodation smells all the better! Our favorite feature about the accommodation? The garden hose! After a long, hot day, we used it to cool ourselves down.

Great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Le logement était assez grand et très propre. Il était juste à côté du metro donc les déplacements étaient très facile. Je recommande ce logement.

es ist eine praktische Wohnung, mit dem Mietwagen gut zu erreichen und gute Parkmöglichkeit auf der Straße. Ich hatte in der Nähe etwas zu erledigen, daher genoss ich den Aufenthalt leider nur eine Nacht, kann mir aber gut vorstellen hier wieder zu kommen.

James ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er weiß bestens Bescheid über Athen und seine Geschichte. Das Haus ist außen wie innen eine Augenweide und der kleine Garten mit Hinterhof Charakter gestaltet den Aufenthalt dort ausgesprochen angenehm. Von Kifisia gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von Athen. Die Metro erreicht man zu Fuß und die Linie 1 geht direkt ins Zentrum. Wer eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Getümmels sucht liegt hier richtig. Auch Kifisia selbst ist eine lebendige Neighborhood, in der man gut Frühstücken oder auch Essen gehen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Fantastic host — so helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us when we arrived which was a lovely touch & arranged transport for us. The apartment is beautiful — really cool stay. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε. Μας έδωσε πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και φρόντισε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

Αυτο που με ενθουσίασε περισσότερο ήταν πως το διαμέρισμα ηταν καθαρό. Θα ξανα πάμε σιγουρα.. Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Σας το συστήνω!!

Very nice place in a central area, with lots of possibilities but also good connection to the center of Athens.
