We had an excellent stay with Tasos. Comfortable and well equiped house in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended stay.

House was perfectly furnished, kitchen had everything you would need to cook, balcony is huge. The owners were so kind they waited for us to check us in even though we barely arrived before midnight! They brought us free pastries and was friendly, even greeting us as we drove off :) One hidden thing is that the house is near a railway track which has amazing sunset views.

This apartment was really so great, and I can say for sure that this was the best vacation of my life as the host was so friendly,so polite and the apartment was spectacular. It was very clean, modern furnished, and very big too. It was so luxurious with a great swimming pool which was very clean and you could get tanned there so quickly and so easily. It’s just 1 minute walking from the sea. The area is also so safe and quiet so if you wanna escape from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine, then this is the perfect place to go( it’s like a paradise being here)near the apartment there were restaurants with traditional cousine and very delicious food . Waiting impatiently to come back here.A great restaurant nearby there is Nikos restaurant, the food was so delicious if you like the sea food ! Highly recommended to everyone!

Great stay, great host, totally worth it

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à thebes. L’appartement est parfait! Très agréable à vivre. Nous avions le sentiment d’être dans un hôtel 5 étoiles! L’appartement est bien situé; proche du centre mais dans un quartier tranquille. De plus la communication à été très facile et nous étions attendus à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons ce logement aux voyageurs qui souhaiteraient visiter thebes et sa région.

This is literally the best variant of live in Greece! The house was gorgeous - had all the amenities, very comfortable inside, some days we didn't even want to leave & just stay there :) It's very quiet so nothing disrupts the vacation, there's a beautiful nature reserve nearby, and there are so many tavernas and beaches within a 10 minute drive. Back to the accommodation - really, we don't even have enough words to describe how excited we are. The one thought that can describe how pleased we are with everything is “gosh, if we ever build our own house, we want to build one just like this”. And again, Katia is the most wonderful host! Thank you so much for the guide, for recommending different places and taverns for us to visit, and for her responsiveness and help throughout our stay! I advise all future residents to listen to what she says - all the places Katie knows are tried & tested and are really good :) This was our most comfortable and best vacation ever. Thank you so much!

Der lange Sand-Kiesel-Strand von Agia Anna liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür, man hört das Meeresrauschen wenn man im Bett liegt. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere das Baby-Equipment war außergewöhnlich: Die Treppe und die Steckdosen waren für unser 10 Monate altes Baby gesichert. Es gab einen guten Hochstuhl, ein Babybett, sämtliches Baby-Geschirr, eine Wickelauflage, Strandspielzeug und noch viele andere nützliche Dinge. Ende Oktober war der Ort ruhig, es gab aber noch wenige Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants, die geöffnet waren. In einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto ist man in Limni, wo auch am Ende der Saison noch viel los ist und das Meer bei Wind ruhiger ist.

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The space was even more stunning in person—bright, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It felt both cozy and spacious, making it a perfect place for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Averoff in Euboea! Our large group of friends, including many kids, found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The property is a stunning 200-year-old estate with a rich history that adds a unique charm to the experience. It's amazing to stay in a place with such a storied past. The villa is spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The swimming pool was a huge hit, providing countless joyful hours for both the kids and adults. Our host, Alexis, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He ensured we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to any questions. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Staying in a place with such historical significance made our trip feel extra special. The peaceful and scenic surroundings added to the villa's charm, making it the perfect location to create lasting memories with friends and family. We highly recommend Villa Averoff!!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Μείναμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ζεστό – από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Βρήκαμε γλυκές λιχουδιές που μας περίμεναν στο τραπέζι, μια πολύ όμορφη χειρονομία που μας έφτιαξε τη διάθεση. Ο χώρος είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, με άνετο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μας. Ήταν μια ήρεμη, άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναέρθουμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
