Villa holiday rentals in Nazareth, East End

We were originally hesitant to book because of the lack of reviews, however it was a beautiful place to stay with room for everyone to spread out. Within minutes to Magens Bay and less than a 20 minute drive to anywhere you'd like to get on the island. Rental and amenities were as described, the hosts were great and very friendly. They did exactly as they stated, did not bother you at all and were available immediately for recommendations or anything else you may need. Extremely detailed instructions on how to find the rental and get inside. Absolutely the best price you will find for everything you get, location, cleanliness, and a safe neighborhood. I will also point out this is the only tropical rental we have been to that DOES NOT have any ants, gnats, or any bugs running around inside which is common in tropical places but was an excellent bonus.

We returned to Elysium this spring, having rented the same home 18 years ago for our honeymoon. The living area is upstairs, with 2 bedrooms downstairs on the second level, each with a separate entrance and bathrooms. It is ~15min from Cruz Bay, but worth the drive - private with unbelievable views. There is lots of outdoor space on both levels, and of course the private pool. There are lots of beautiful native plants on the property, and there are birds everywhere to serenade you. BookVI was very proactive and flexible. They guided us to the property and were in communication every day to make sure that all was good. You will want a jeep as the road from town is a little hilly, there is a very short strip of unpaved road just before the driveway, and the driveway is paved but steep. (as is the case with many of the hillside homes!) This was a peaceful place to wake up every morning, and to spend the evening after exploring beaches and hiking. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

The place was excellent! Only challenge was initially finding it. Gps leads you to stairs far from location. Host was extremely responsive, and showed us alternate route. Once you program alternate route it was a synch. Parking on the street was easy and good 👍🏻. The view was stunning, and beds very comfy. Had everything we could need for a lovely stay. Did most of our cooking with our private chef that we brought. Kitchen was good. Be prepared for hill driving as it can be daunting at first, but once acclimated it can be fun. Air conditioning was great. Only drawback was the noise from carnival. They didn't stop till 3am every night which could pose a challenge sleeping. That is only an issue late April so most renters should be good. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Kristen's place was top-tier!! Not to mention the beautiful views and over accommodations. She offered more amenities than we expected. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying there again.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this house and location is. A beautiful view of the water in almost every location in the home. Very clean and the ere was plenty of room for 5 of us. We loved the spacious dining room with a huge dining table to seat a large group. When on the deck, you are almost directly above the water-feels like you are on a cruise ship! Andrew responded immediately whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this home!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. The view is amazing, plenty of room and very spacious. AWD is a must for the driveway, pool are is very nice. No complaints at all. We loved our week here !!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa in Northside. The home was clean and everything was as described in the listing. The view from this home is unmatched! It was perfect for families that want their own space as the two upstairs bedrooms were on each side of the house. We did not sue the extra rooms during our stay but it would have been perfect if we needed it. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The Caribbean Retreats team were responsive and accommodating. We loved everything and really loved our stay! We would definitely rent this home again or recommend to others if we were to return to St. Thomas. Only a couple cons: 1) For families with little ones, the balcony is not entirely safe for them to run around. 2) The driveway is very difficult to pull out of with the incoming traffic up the mountain and it's difficult to turn your vehicle around in the driveway.

Claudia was great and very responsive. Also gave helpful info for the ferry and jeep rentals. Curtis, the property manager was also great and helped us with a jeep and fishing & snorkel charter recommendations. Just good people that took good care of us. I'd highly recommend Claudia.

We loved our stay here. We were traveling with two young kids (1 yo a 3 yo) as well as my parents. We both went out to eat and cooked quite a bit for ourselves and it was great that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The grounds are gorgeous, we felt very safe, and we loved have both the pool option and the beach so close. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Mike was excellent in his communication and details. The place and view was spectacular. The privacy of the pool & well stocked chef style kitchen made for just the right evenings. The outdoor grill poolside was amazing to prepare food morning or evening. Pool has morning shade & evening shade which was perfect for our days schedule.

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve had staying in many airbnbs before, and Stacie’s place has been one of the best I’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more. Don’t even think twice to book this place! It’s beautiful. Also bathrooms were recently remodeled and they’re both beautiful. I will say that this home is not for children under or the elderly.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful property with quite a nice sized pool. Gorgeous view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean waves, so peaceful, it makes it hard to leave to explore the rest of the island. Beach is just a short walk from the villa with two restaurants. Very short ride to Red Hook Ferry and it’s surrounding shops and restaurants. The apartment itself and the villa are very clean and tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal. Hosts were a breeze to communicate with, very responsive and pleasant. Definitely One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in, highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Michelle was absolutely beautiful! The views from the Airbnb were breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Michelle, the host, was incredibly attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had. The amenities were top-notch—a premium espresso machine, a regular coffee maker, and a filtered water system for drinking water. She even provided an iron, a steamer, and all the little essentials you need on vacation. For added convenience, she had sunblock and sunscreen readily available. 10 out of 10—highly recommend! The next time we visit St. Thomas, we’ll definitely be staying here again.
