Villa holiday rentals in East End

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

After being Double booked at another property, we found Jules! We are so happy we did and were thrilled! The property is beautiful! And the views are even better. We stayed in the Master Suite,the views were breathtaking as we looked on towards St John’s. The main town near by was “Red Hook” where there were so many options for restaurants and shops. Local beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at Cheryl’s place twice now and we’ve been very pleased both times. The Airbnb is exactly as described. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We’ll be back a third time for sure.

Place was exactly as described! It was very well stocked with amenities, and had more than enough beach towels for the party of five I went with. We made great use of the pool and the close walk to the beach. I really appreciated the helpful guides Kurt wrote to help us get places! Also there were a lot of cute cat and chicken visitors in the yard area which may be a bonus to you :)

Casa Manzanilla was stunning. It was extremely clean and clutter free (which we appreciated since we were traveling with children). We have never stayed in a house with such a well-stocked kitchen. We were thankful for Justin's local recommendations, including the food delivery service which allowed us to order groceries to be delivered to the house prior to our arrival. The house is exactly like the pictures - the view is amazing and the pool and deck area exceeded our expectations. There were extras like some books, games, pool toys, and beach toys. Justin was incredibly helpful through the whole process - sending us recommendations for car rentals, restaurants, activities to do, and directions to the house. One evening, there was a scheduled power outage and the generators did not kick in. We texted Justin and got an immediate response.

The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and views incredible. But there were three power failures. two short and one several hours long, which is not usual in STJ. (We have been coming here for many years.)The house needs a generator. We were the only house nearby that went dark. At this price, blackouts are not acceptable. But everything else was wonderful!

Beautiful stay! The villa is in a gated community shared with the Margaritaville resorts and other similar villas- very walkable to a couple restaurants and a nearby beach. Also, a little further away by walking is a great breakfast place, and small market for little necessities. The house itself has plenty of space, we had 7 people and everyone fit well! 3 large rooms, each with their own bathrooms, and a living room with bed and another bathroom. The host gave us great advice, and made us feel at home. All in all, this was a great place to stay in paradise!

Randall and Paris were great hosts. the place was great, and I would recommend anyone going to st. Thomas to consider booking with them.

Spent a few days here for a group trip and it was perfect! The house is huge and has everything you need. Amazing views and the pool was perfect. No scary roads getting to the house from the ferry docks. Ari was so helpful with recommendations and quick to respond. We had a small water issue and he had it fixed immediately. Would highly recommend this place!

Kristen's place was top-tier!! Not to mention the beautiful views and over accommodations. She offered more amenities than we expected. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying there again.

Villa Hermosa was spectacular as was Alexandra. She reached out to us periodically when we rented, a few times in-between and before our arrival. The Villa is everthing and more than what the descriptions state. Alexandra and her team were "ON-IT"! They are super responsive, helpful and accomodated our need for a pre-arrival grocery delivery. Villa Hermosa has literally EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Super thoughtful on what her gets need while staying in her amazing home. Everything was top notch from the communication, the view, pool, FULLY equipped kitchen, down to the bathroom/grooming neccessities, beach equipment including chairs, toys and sunscreen. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable to a point I needed to ask what brand they were. Thank you Villa Hermos for sharing your beautiful home. You'll be the 1st on my list when we return!

Tressa was great communicating and the binder they leave is great. The house is exactly as described and is beautiful. My wife is already bugging me to go back. We could only book for six nights due to availability so we stayed our last night at the Ritz. Villa Del Mar was cleaner than our room at the Ritz. Thank you for a great experience and will be booking again here soon.

An outstanding stay at Good Vibes Only. The layout was perfect for our two families of four. Everything was as described and met expectations. The view? Amazing and beyond. We were fortunate to catch a full moonrise over Mandahl Bay, incredible experience. The location was perfect for us as well, private and remote-feeling yet a short 10-20 minute drive to everything else. The host, Roxanne, was helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Windsong is an AMAZING place. SO close to town yet far enough to feel secluded. Amazing views, perfect amenities, incredibly clean. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you would need. Everything about the listing was honest and a perfect getaway with friends. Cant wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay, we loved watching the ships come in the harbor and leave at night. Very accessible to Havensight, and really anywhere else on island. We lived on St Thomas for ten years prior and were very very happy with the accommodations and the responsiveness of the hosts.

This place is really gorgeous and has incredible views from the wrap around windows. A real pleasure to wake up to every morning. We didn’t know much about the island when booking but very happy we chose this area. Felt a little more like a local vibe and more quiet and relaxing. But never too far away from places that were more lively and full of people. Really convenient for a day trip to St John as well. Overall great house and an amazing location. We had some island-related mishaps that Fernando had no control over but he was very responsive and was as helpful as possible given the situation. Would recommend again!

Amber was very responsive throughout our whole stay. Loved the rooftop pool area...nice furniture, clean gas grill and beautiful views!! Also great that we were able to use the amenities at Point Pleasant Resort. It is walkable but the hills are pretty steep. A shuttle service is available...remember to tip the friendly drivers:) Great food and staff at Sun and Sea Bar & Grill. You can walk the shoreline to Margaritaville Resort next door and then get on a side road to Coki Beach too. Enjoyed our stay...we'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The space was comfortable and spacious, with three full bedrooms, plus a living room that has a couch that opens up, making it perfect for our group. It was so convenient being close to two markets, where we could easily find all our essentials, including fresh produce and frozen food. The property is within a quick walking distance to Coki Beach, which was great for a day by the water – don't forget to bring a beach blanket! Margaritaville is nearby, offering a fun happy hour every day and bingo on some nights. The place is peaceful, with the exception of the roosters adding to the local charm. Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our stay!

When I begin searching for accommodations in St. Thomas, I wanted something with authentic appeal. Rose’s place offered just that! Property was centrally located. Just a short distance from the more desired beaches and restaurants. Her team was very attentive. If we had a need, it was addressed immediately. The property manager Alex was very resourceful and responsive. The maid service was exceptional and friendly. The only concern to speak of was the occasional power outage which was not a reflection of the property and fully disclosed by the property owner. We learned that it was a temporary condition affecting all three USVI islands. Once we obtained a schedule published by the utility authority (WAPA) detailing the outage rotation, we were able to plan around such and it was fine. The outages were minimal and very short-lived. It would not change my decision to vacation there. I recommend a day on a boat with Freedom Tours. Cpt. Johnathan put us on an awesome tour & snorkeling.

The place was wonderful! Loved the private pool. Super private space overall! Bed was extra comfortable. The space itself was gorgeous. We will miss the garden shower so much! Easy walk to sapphire beach. Huge plus is having a back up generator - most places on the island do not have this and you could be stuck without power for hours. Had a minor repair and Philip was quick to respond and repair. I would highly highly recommend this stay! Checks all The boxes. We had an amazing time in the beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful stay here! Julles is very friendly and had great recommendations (Fish Bar was awesome). The view from our spot and every area on the property was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and loved hanging out with her cats as well. We will definitely stay here again!
