Villa holiday rentals in Naxos

Angelos Villa is perfectly located midway between the beaches in the north west and the Chora. Everything is 10 minutes away by car. The Villa is nice, clean and private. We would be sure to stay here again when we return to Naxos in the future.

Between the 2 couples staying there it was the best Airbnb we had collectively ever experienced (in over 50 places). Really outstanding! The only thing more beautiful than the house and the VIEWS was our friendly welcoming host, Danae, who gave us many ideas of things to do. The house is well provisioned, beautifully appointed, spacious. Can’t say enough how much we loved it!

This is where you want to stay if you’re coming to visit Naxos! Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach, 5-15 min walk to a ton of fantastic restaurants and a quick taxi ride into the port area. The villa itself is completely luxurious, with phenomenal up keep to the property, and the pool is so wonderful when the weather is very hot. The kitchen has everything you could need, and there is a grocery store within 10 mins as well. Couldn’t recommended staying here more. The hosts are also so accommodating and helpful! We’re hoping to be back!

Nous avons passés des vacances idylliques chez Georgia et ses enfants. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Les 3 salles de bain sont un vrai plus quand on voyage avec des amis. La maison était très bien équipée. Nous avons reçu pleins de petites attentions, merci pour le vin, les pastèques et la confiture de citron. Le ménage était fait tous les 3/4 jours avec changement des draps et serviettes de piscines. Le coucher de soleil sur la terrasse est juste incroyable. La villa se trouve à 10 minutes de laguna beach et 15/20 minutes de Mikri Vigla. Idéalement située pour rayonner. Bref nous recommandons à 100%!

Stunning house with gorgeous views of the sunset. Fabulous pool with a variety of seating areas spread around the grounds of the house. House was very clean and spacious. Host was very organised and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely return. Bear in mind the villa is far out from the town so getting taxis is a bit difficult but the rep Sascha can help with that.

The sray in this stunning, spacious and comfortable home made for a perfect holiday. The host was there at beginning and end of stay. The pictures do not do the home justice. It has beautiful grounds, view and pool. There is parking for several cars. The beach is gorgeous and minutes away. The drive there seems hard at first; however, its Greece. From town, we found it easier to put our GPS to Mikri Vigla beach and recalulate from there. We definately plan on returning to this gem of a place!!!

Giuseppe is an amazing young man! Caring, helpful, responsive. Went the extra mile to recommend great restaurants, a family farmed winery, Terra Grazia, creating award winning wines. Told us his local beach is the only one with beach club amenities, as we went off-season. I have rented many different homes with AAB&B, and Giuseppe's villa is tops!!

This was the MOST INCREDIBLE home and spot! We were a group of four, and the space could not have been more comfortable for us. The house is immaculate, the outdoor spaces are amazing, and the views are spectacular! The host could not have been more friendly, informative and responsive. This was our first trip to Naxos, and to Greece in general...and I will tell everyone I know that they have to go to Naxos and they need to stay in one of Yannis' properties. You will be blown away by this location and the accommodations... we were!! Thank you for making this such a memorable vacation for my husband and I and our two sons!!

Sophia and Michael have created an amazing home and they are wonderful hosts. We couldn't have felt more comfortable and welcome. Dina is a fabulous property manager. I highly recommend this villa and would stay there again if we return to Naxos. The villa is very well equipped. Everything is modern, attractive, clean and new. (Wherever you travel in Greece, expect that you will not flush toilet paper). The large pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. With 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, multiple areas for lounging our group of 6 adults had more than enough room. The walk to the beach is less than half a mile. We rented cars to be able to explore the island. Michael provided excellent advice on places to visit. Mikri Vigla beach and the hike up Mount Zas were our favorites, but we also loved the beach areas within walking distance. I highly recommend this villa and I can't thank Michael and Sophia and Dina enough for providing an amazing guest experience.

House was very clean in and in a great location close to town. We stayed there with 5 people but never used two of the bedrooms. I would recommend this house to any family or families. There was also great pool plenty of outdoor space. Our contact person Magda was really good.

I'd highly recommend Naxian Utopia. The villa is gorgeous, perfectly clean with everything you need including Netflix! The breakfasts were huge-impossible to finish and delicious. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the hosts couldn't do enough to help. Loved it ❤️

I recently stayed at a beautiful villa in Paros, and it exceeded all my expectations. The villa is perfectly located, just steps away from a serene beach, offering breathtaking views of the from almost every corner of the property. The outdoor area is the highlight, with a spacious terrace, comfortable lounge chairs, and a shaded dining area where we enjoyed our meals while gazing at the horizon. The private pool adds to the luxury, allowing for a refreshing dip with a backdrop of the endless blue sea. Inside, the villa is just as impressive—tastefully decorated in a modern, minimalist style.

Giorgos’s villa was spectacular! We really enjoyed everything about it. We liked that its location is a little quieter than the other beaches and still walkable to restaurants! The house and pool was beautiful! Easy walk to the mind blowing blue sea! Sandy beach! Stay here! Giorgos was a a great host and left very appreciated treats for us when we arrived. Thanks Giorgos!

Das perfekte Haus für Freunde oder zwei Familien; die Betreuung, Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung innen wie aussen einfach perfekt! Schade natürlich, dass aktuell durch die Trockenheit in Griechenland kein Grillieren draussen möglich ist - das wäre perfekt gewesen, ist aber natürlich verständlich . Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass eine Grundausstattung mit WC-Papier & ein paar Gewürze vorhanden waren & die Betten schon wunderbar angezogen waren mit genügend Dusch- & Badetüchern. Michail hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert & war umgehend da, als wir eine Frage hatten. Efcharisto poli & bis hoffentlich bald wieder mal!

Μείναμε 6 βραδια - 2 τριμελείς οικογενειες Εξαιρετικο καταλυμα, με ομορφη αρχιτεκτονικη σχεδιαση και διακοσμημενο με γουστο. Πεντακαθαρο, φιλοξενο. Εχει δοθει προσοχη στις μικρες λεπτομερειες που κανουν πιο ευκολη τη διαμονη. Ιδιαιτερη μνεια κανω για την πληρως εξοπλισμενη κουζινα!! Νιωθαμε σαν στο σπιτι μας. Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!! Matilde σ' ευχαριστουμε πολυ για την υποδοχη. Θελουμε να ξαναερθουμε!!

The villa is in a beautiful location, with views over the olive groves to the sea. Amazing sunsets. It is so peaceful. We were really lucky and for the majority of our stay we were the only ones staying in one of 6 villas in the complex. But even when the villas either side were occupied it still felt very private. The villa had everything we needed and we appreciated the dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. All the room and bathrooms were well portioned. The outside space is really well designed with 2 seating areas and one is always in shade. The garden is beautifully landscaped with tranquil grasses and flowering shrubs. There is an amazing bakery at the end of the lane, 5 minute walk away and a restaurant 10min walk away along the road and 3 within 30 min walk by the coast. The beach is quiet and not touristy with a couple of locations you can hire sunbeds from if you wanted. The sun sets over the sea. We would highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Lemonia's home. It is just 10-15 away from the main port and some of the best beaches. You do need a vehicle to travel to and from the home. The home itself still feels brand new and is located overlooking the city and the beaches with some beautiful views. Kwstas welcomed us to the home and provided us with all the attention and information we needed. We definitely would stay again.

Notre séjour dans la villa a été très agréable et réussi. La villa est proche de Naoussa (à moins de 10 minutes en voiture) et située dans un quartier calme et paisible. Nous avons donc pu profiter du calme de la villa la journée et de la vie plus animée de Naoussa le soir. La villa est agréable (les photos sont fidèles) et la piscine superbe (grande et profonde). Nous étions 4 et nous nous sommes installés dans les 2 chambres qui sont équipées de la climatisation. La communication avec notre hôte a été fluide et très agréable. Un grand merci pour tout!

A Truly Elegant and Idyllic Escape to relax. We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa! The design is very elegant and stylish, with high-quality finishes throughout. The spacious garden and pool area, surrounded by olive trees and shaded pergolas, create a serene and luxurious setting. Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for both comfort and beauty. It’s the perfect blend of Cycladic simplicity, luxury and natural charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better escape to relax and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! A private oasis overlooking the Naxos shore and sea. Everything from check in to staying was perfect. The pool was amazing and completely private. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Alexandra who helps manage was very responsive and helped us by greeting us at the port and taking us to the property. Would come back here and stay here in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an amazing trip and making it so unforgettable. If you are looking for a peaceful private get away in Naxos look no further. You will need a car as it is ways from the main town. 20 mins to Naxos main town. Less than 10 mins to all the nearby beaches.

We absolutely loved our week at the Eco Villa, it was everything we were expecting and more! We're a family of four (with 2 teenage boys) and the space was perfect for our stay. The villa is bigger than we were expecting from the photos on the inside, and the outside space with the pool and roof terrace - with sunrise on one side and sunset on the other - is amazing! It's fully equipped with everything that we needed and the washing facilites are really good (proper washing line with pegs!). Eva, our host, was fantastic. Even before we arrived she was quick at answering any queries and made us feel instantly comfortable at check-in (we were able to access the villa earlier than the advertised check-in time, which we really appreciated). The location is brilliant to explore the island, so many wonderful beaches within a short drive and Naxos Town is 10 mins up the road. We had a wonderful, peaceful, super relaxing time - it was hard to say goodbye!

I hesitate to write an honest review out of pure selfishness in the hope that we could keep this as our own little secret ☺️. What a wonderful home in a perfect location!! Cleopatra was very responsive any time we needed to ask a question .... Fabulous
