Beachfront holiday rental in Naxos

It was exactly what we expected. Close to the port etc. and right in town. Close to a nice beach although the really nice ones were a bit further away.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

The apartment was very beautiful and Maria was a very responsive host, messaging us as we arrived off the ferry to say we could check in early. The location is quiet and close to the beach yet only a short walk from the waterfront restaurants in town. Maria’s guide sent to us before our stay was useful with notes on the apartment and getting around. A fantastic stay, we would come back.

We spent 2 weeks with our baby in this accommodation and can only recommend it! The house is very clean, well furnished and has a beautiful outdoor area. The location is perfect - 5 minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and shops and at the same time extremely quiet and private. Maria and Nikos are very loving and generous and super hosts who have always given us eggs, fruits, vegetables and cakes. We can only recommend this place!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Great stay, an island full of beautiful surprises and an apartment with very good value for money, everything was great with an attentive host! A big thank you, and see you soon!

We had an incredible stay in Naxos because of Angelos and Mike’s amazing home and hospitality. The home itself is absolutely stunning and an oasis, however what made our experience so wonderful was how helpful and generous the owner are with their time with everything including arranging transportation from the port, showing us around, getting groceries and food, and making sure we were taken care of. The home is at the top of a hill with an amazing view. There are beaches very close by and restaurants, and grocery stores within 20 minute walking distance. We decided not to rent a car and had to do a healthy walk uphill when we were coming back from the beach or dinner which we didn’t mind and Angelos was incredibly helpful, if needed. Overall this was one of the best air bnb experiences and I recommend it 100% for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Naxos

It is a very well located place if they are in a car. The rooms are close to the beach and the place is amazing.

Lovely self catering villa perfect for friends and family looking to relax away from the beaches of Naxos. The unit was well stocked and pristine. The pool was the perfect temperature, nice and cool to escape the sun when it got too hot. The bedrooms were simple and very comfortable with modern AC units. The outdoor eating and social areas were also very nice. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We walked down to the beach some mornings, though only for active individuals with good shoes / trainers. The bakery nearby is excellent and worth a daily trip for coffee and breakfast. A car is a must and make sure to stock up on supplies from the bigger supermarkets. A lovely five night stay in beautiful Naxos. Thank you!

Wow! This is one of our BEST experiences! Absolutely beautiful home with every luxury amenity. We especially enjoyed the private pool and rooftop deck. But the thing that set this experience apart from all of the others was our host. He welcomed us with sweets, water, and homemade apricot jam. He gave us dinner and sight seeing recommendations and even stopped by with a final parting gift to thank us for our business. He called and had a rental car delivered to the house and sent fault housekeeping. Our stay was just PERFECT and made our stay in Naxos very special. We will definitely return!

Alexander and Karolina from Anthi's team made our visit so amazing. Anthi was so responsive and helpful, the place was beautiful, and Alexander's daily breakfast was the best way to wake up and have private breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a private, beautiful experience. They made such a special trip for us!

We had a wonderful stay! So quiet and beautiful, and Betty took so good care of us. Can really recommend this. A short and easy walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants by the sea.

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. Betty’s place was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and pristine. Located walking distance to the main town was super helpful. Betty had great communication with us, always making sure we’re looked after. Thanks Betty, and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a fabulous few days here. The view from the balcony over the port is gorgeous. Nektaria the host was exceptional. She checked in on us every day and gave us great suggestions of things to do. There was much appreciated complimentary groceries - eggs, bread, fruit, wine, cheese, jam etc in the apartment when we arrived. There was a complimentary pick up from the ferry on arrival day and free luggage storage on the day of departure which was a great bonus.

Very kind host - he brought me from and to the airport. Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, bedroom and balcony. Very nice place!

Had the best stay! The place is exactly as the photos, very clean and well managed and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing but the best part is that it was so close to everything - great restaurants, bars and cafes, ferry port, public parking, supermarkets, everything at a short walking distance. But because it is on a happening and busy street, it does get a little noisy if you want to sleep with the balcony doors open. Andreas was the best host, helped take our bags to the apartment, gave us amazing recommendations of places to visit and and eat at, always very responsive, warm and friendly. He even gave us a bottle of an awesome local wine at check-in :) 10/10 would recommend to stay at Andrea's house for everyone visiting Naxos.

This apartment was superb. Clearly the best accommodation we had for our entire Greece trip. Super well appointed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and close to all the main points of interest, the Port and restaurants. Antonis is an excellent host, taking the effort to meet us at the Port and walk us up to the apartment and then give us helpful tips. He also graciously allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later. The whole experience was 5 star!

Naxos is the most amazing island I have been to. Everyone is family here, and if you stop to engage with the locals in a meaningful way, they will treat you as family as well. Ask how to say words you’re unfamiliar with, ask where they recommend you going, ask about their life. Fotis restaurant down the road is incredible and he is a great person as well. Sergiani is another restaurant very close to the Airbnb that is slightly more casual. They are owned by the same couple, and they are both fantastic!

This place was fantastic! Very modern and clean, I can see why it was in the top 5% on air BnB. Communication from Sofia was prompt and helpful. The location is amazing as the beach is a few mins walk away and to get back to the main area with many eating options takes around 10 mins. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely want to stay here again!
