Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great property for a large family or adult group. EZ walk to Wharf and to Metro station (Waterfront/green line). EZ walk to morning coffee if you don’t want to make it yourself. Appreciated the large dining table and first floor set up that was good for socializing and happy hour. We had 7 adults in our group- plenty of room for both our couples and our singles. Twin bed rooms are adult friendly with both size of twin beds and neutral decor. The parking spot was an appreciated amenity! Great place for a group visit to DC, with responsive and friendly hosts.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Adriel from the start was very responsive to any and all questions before and during our stay. Although a bit removed from the heart of DC (as expected), the metro is an easy walk, and there was no issue finding rental scooters within a block or two for the days where we didn't feel like walking. Parking was no issue, and even coming back late at night, we had no issue finding a spot to park on the block. The separate entrance was also a nice treat. The space really felt like your own. Adriel's place is definitely on the top of my list of places to stay in DC! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for my daughter and me on our little getaway! Linda was so helpful and responded lightning fast to all of my questions. It was clean and comfortable.

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

This is the cutest house with tons of charm one block away from the Barracks Row restaurants and a quick 5-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market Metro Station. The house was clean, with a well supplied kitchen which was appreciated for breakfast before a busy day as tourists. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens/towels. Alec, the property manager was responsive prior to our stay and provided a very detailed welcome message with what to expect upon arrival. Would recommend for a group/family traveling to the DC area!

Amazing stay. Feels just like a home, as others have said. Area very comfortable, safe. Walkable to some little/big box groceries. Well appointed spaces and lots of little touches provided like coffee. Air conditioning in bedrooms via mini splits was excellent. One of our best Airbnb stays on record. Does not disappoint.

Everything was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was also an easy 23 minute walk to the capital building and other sites. Communication and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

The Hideaway looks just like the pictures. The home is so lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Two FULL bathrooms, one ensuite. The flat is VERY VERY clean. There's a Whole Foods walking distance and some cute restaurants nearby. Also close enough to a lot of main sightseeing destinations. We stayed during a very HOT June weekend and the A/C was perfect. Safa was very responsive and professional.

Luxurious and cozy ‘home away from home’ with lots of special touches giving a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. David, our Super Host, thinks like a guest, with targeted roll out of clear instructions with pictures for smooth check-in, private parking, and check out, and welcoming information on your amenities and opportunities to explore great entertainment and restaurants. Most significantly, David periodically messages you to inquire of your comfort and stay, like a seasoned concierge who knows the art of timed engagement to make you feel special while not seeming intrusive. You will absolutely enjoy David’s home which is an outstanding value in price and exceeded all of my expectations for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, ease of communication, and amenities. David’s hosting services shows his authentic appreciation to you as his guest, and I will have this location as my ‘home away from home’ in future visits to Alexandria, Virginia.

This home was very clean and has a nice three story layout. Little communication was needed, but responses were fast. Toys for the kiddos was a nice touch.

This airbnb was so lovely!! My friends and I stayed for a weekend and love the decor, cleanliness, and feel of the home. Also the Laurie and Collin were extremely responsive and proactive - super easy to communicate

I truly can’t speak highly enough about this experience. The space was so well put together. Clean, minimal, beautiful and spacious. We have three kids and there was plenty of room for us all including a play space for them. You couldn’t ask for a nicer neighborhood. So convenient to DC monuments and museums and close to shops and restaurants. One of my best Airbnb experiences! Saad was so friendly and responsive without being too involved. Just perfect.

This is such a special Airbnb! I’ve been all over the world in Airbnbs. I love a place that is unique curated that feels homey, and this hits those marks. It’s a special place! For anyone looking to be out of the hustle and bustle of DC (but in DC) in a beautiful rowhome on a tree-lined street of a lovely neighborhood, this is it! The thing about this Airbnb is the care that goes into welcoming each guest. It’s not commercial. It’s not corporate. It’s just Lavon’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and desire to host people comfortably! A must stay!
