Loved staying at Synta's place for a quick getaway and would definitely come here again! She was super flexible from the beginning with allowing an early check in. Very easy to find and get inside the home with the keypads. Inside was spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, and the complimentary sleep masks and earplugs were so thoughtful! The metro was a quick 10 minute walk away. She also surprised us with bagels and milk for breakfast as a bonus! Such a great host, I recommend staying here!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

We had a wonderful stay. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood to get a break from the commotions that often come with larger cities. There are close by options for shopping as well as a metro train station which is very easy to navigate. Stacey was responsive and helpful when we had questions about the area. The deer in the area are no joke! I sat on the couch one morning watching a doe out the window no more a few feet away eat and lay down for a rest.

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Big shoutout to Joel and his space! Joel welcomed us to the Airbnb, gave us crystal clear instructions on how to get in and out, and showered us with a ton of neighborhood recommendations. The space itself was a great reminder that not all modern AirBnbs need to be soulless gray boxes. We had a great time reveling in all the kitsch. Lots of communication and flexible checkin/checkout times were a bonus. Thanks Joel!

Excellent location in quick and easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars on H Street and at Union Market. Dog friendly with a nice dog park and a Trader Joe’s grocery around the block. Literally just steps away from the airbnb there’s a new coffee shop, Lost Sock, and Old City Market/Cafe for subs or pizza. So convenient, very clean, cute, and comfortable English basement apartment. The bed was super comfy. Host Cari was professional, responsive, and friendly, and provided a welcome book full of local recommendations and tips, plus snacks and wine. We really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times, giving us extra time to explore DC or rest. Highly recommend this cozy airbnb and Cari’s hospitality!

Great residential area close to many restaurants/shops. Melissa gave great recommendations on where to go. The space was exceedingly well-equipped. It was a treat after a long travel day to have chilled sparkling water in the fridge and snacks on the counter. A well-stocked Keurig was also so nice to have. Melissa was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Very happy with our stay.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Emily and Stephen were great hosts. We were visiting for a friend's wedding, and needed a base station. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We forgot a few things at home—as guests go, you might say we were on the needier side—and Emily and Stephen came through in a big way. They helped us out and were quick, clear and responsive with their communication. Thank You 🙏🏻

This AirBnB was enjoyed by my parents while visiting from out of town for a high school graduation. They slept great here and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere of this basement unit. They particularly appreciated the king size bed, cleanliness and comfortable set up. They were concerned about parking, but easily found parking close by and did not have to worry about being ticketed or having a pass (which is needed in other areas in the neighborhood just a few blocks closer to the metro). Our only critique was that there wasn’t a railing at the start of the steps down to the unit. This made it a bit challenging for less steady guests, particularly after a long day, when returning at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Antonio’s place! It was the perfect studio for just the two of us. The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend visit. Everything was super clean. Antonio was responsive & helpful. We would stay again!

Working with Kam was the ideal experience! His messages were well-timed and helpful. Check-in and out was so simple. Videos supported descriptions. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting DC. Right next to a metro stop, stores and restaurants in a perfect peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to capitol and nationals stadium. The house was the perfect size for our group of 4. Clean and safe. Kam had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He was eager to make sure our trip was perfect. I would want to stay at this same location and work with Kam again!

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

My friend and I came for pride and was out majority of the time. However while we were at the Airbnb we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location. The Brita and the Keurig was much appreciated! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Terrific, clean, comfortable apartment for a short weekend stay. Melissa couldn't have been more accommodating and communcative, and I could tell she takes great pride both in keeping the unit pristine and making her guests feel welcomed and at home.

can't say enough great things! the place is beautiful and Cobun has thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen down to the simplest toiletries you may have forgotten. Cobun has created a cozy atmosphere that easily becomes your home away from home.

Jason and Cade were great hosts, and the unit was perfect for the three of us as we explored all that DC had to offer during World Pride. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and any questions that we had were quickly answered. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Virginia's apartment. Everything we needed was supplied and even more! Breakfast for the first morning was a lovely treat. We enjoyed exploring the delightful neighborhood of Delray. It has a wonderful neighborhood vibe that is hard to find in DC area. The location is convenient to everything. We had a car so didn't use public transport. It looked like metro wasn't too far and we saw a lot of busses. This will be our go to for future stays for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute basement accommodation. It was perfect for our family of 3. The owners upstairs were quiet and mindful of our presence. They were VERY communicative and kind. Beds were most comfortable! Doing laundry was so convenient. The ONLY downside was the walk to the metro. It was quite sketchy, with plentiful drug users and sellers. We didn’t feel super comfortable, though no one bothered us.
