I have only one regret. I'm returning to Madrid at the end of the trip and Suzana's apartment is already booked. Sensational place. Well located, well maintained, with top quality bed and bath linen. Comfortable bed and sofa. Delicious shower, not to mention a full kitchen at your disposal.

Everything was fine. We went with dogs and 4 adults and no problems. Parking included in the historic center. Comfort above all. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. And the host was very attentive from the beginning. Thank you, it's been a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay!!

I felt right at home at Fausto’s authentically decorated apartment. It is in the middle of a fun neighbourhood (Lavapies) full of nice bars and restaurants – including quite some vegan places! It’s close to the train station and museums like the Reina Sofia. It can be a bit noisy at night, but if you bring earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

We loved our stay at Pepe’s apartment. The location was fantastic; extremely central in Madrid with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Despite how busy the road outside was at all hours, the apartment was always quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean and it was as shown in the pictures. It has a kitchen and washing machine. Pepe was an excellent host: he was very communicative and gave us lots of recommendations according to our interests. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Pepe!

An unbeatable experience! Ainhoa's house exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset, when we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets through the huge windows of the living room. The environment is very quiet and the location is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, but at the same time it is close to everything you need. The heating worked wonderfully, which made our stay very comfortable even in the first days, which were cooler. But, without a doubt, the best thing was the communication with Ainhoa. From the first moment, she was very kind, attentive and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. We'll be back for sure!

Location 25 min from downtown. Super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

It is a detached house attached to yours, which conveys a great sense of home, autonomy and comfort. There were 4 adults and it was perfect in terms of space and amenities. I would just comment for future guests that it has low ceilings and door frames, but it is not overwhelming at all, in fact it has a lot of natural light. Of course, if we return to this northwest area of Madrid, we'll leave it marked as a favorite. Thank you Agustín!

We met a very nice and very nice couple, they left us a delicious homemade tiramisu in the fridge and also fresh eggs and a bottle of wine They gave us blackberries and showed us the animals The pool is very nice The house was very clean and very tidy And they recommended places to shop and visit We recommend it 100% for families who want peace and quiet and love animals In addition, Mari Angeles and Jose Antonio were very nice and very pleasant

Second time we go to the same house, everything is perfect, the area to make BBQ unbeatable, the house when we arrived was warm, the hot water comes out instantly. Everything is perfect, the truth will be repeated again next year without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home (two families with 2 toddlers). The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, and the terrace was an absolute highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The area is peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Our hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. We returned to Rafi's apartment as we enjoyed our stay last year. Rafi is a kind and helpful host who always responds. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We love the terrace overlooking the church and the storks' nests. The situation is excellent for everything in the town like shopping, cafes and restaurants and bus transport. Manzanares is a magical place for us with the local culture, walking and birdwatching.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time :) great location, in the very center of the city, warm apartment (we were in February). A great base for exploring the nearby mountains!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
