Monthly Rentals in Naval Base

Shirley and Fab (and BB!) are wonderful, attentive hosts and make you feel right at home! The house is peaceful and homely with everything you could need and a lovely outdoor space and are very welcome to make use of the kitchen and living areas, with designated space in the fridge and cupboard and access to cooking equipment. I loved the garden area as a shady and tranquil place to relax. The room is perfect with a very comfortable bed and your own bathroom facilities to use down the hall. The area is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to supermarket and is well connected with regular public transport to get into Perth city, Fremantle and local suburbs - bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. Fab and Shirley are very easy going and lovely to chat to and I highly recommend their place as a home away from home!

What a fantastic place. The house was beautiful, exactly as described, and in a fantastic location. Everything about this house was top-notch. We would have stayed longer in a heartbeat :) And there was virtually no need to communicate with the host (Nicole), but when we did it was easy and simple. Thank you for providing your house to myself and my family. We will be looking out for it again when next in Perth.

We had a fantastic stay here with our one year old daughter, it was better than we had anticipated. The place was spotless and had all the facilities we needed. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Manfred and Karoline’s place. It was very neat and spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our stuff. The outside sitting area was lovely too. The hosts were good communicators and we found them very thoughtful, kind and caring. There was even complimentary food waiting for us in the fridge: bread, milk, eggs, cheese, cold cuts and even chocolate! 😍 The beach is very close, about 5 minutes’ walk. We spent 2 nights there but would happily stay for week or longer!
