Mountain Views and Starry Skies in the Countryside

Come enjoy the quiet of the country, only 15 minutes south of town. Stunning views of the La Plata Mountains and dark night skies for great star-gazing! Nice area for cycling and walking. Many of our neighbors have donkeys, horses, llamas and goats, chicken and sheep. No cigarette smoking but we are 420 friendly (outside only please!). We are a safe place for women travelers. There is a very friendly Labrador Retriever and a Basset Hound that live on this property but not allowed in the apt.

Great view of the mountains. 1 minute from the river, 10 minutes from Navajo lake, 60 minutes from the Durango Hot Spring, 5 minutes from the San Juan Winery, 15 minutes Azect Motor Cross race tract. Best of all piece and quiet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Villas at KA Ranch

10 minutes to the Quality Waters on the San Juan River, 15 minutes to the Navajo Lake Marina, and 20 minutes to Wines of the San Juan. Villas at KA is close to the fun. A fishing trip with friends, or a get away with the family we can handle it. For the equestrian, horse stalls will be available, as well as access to 1,000's of acres of public BLM to ride on. This quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch style house is cozy. Ample parking for trailers.

Casa Del Rio

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our cabin in located in scenic Navajo Dam, New Mexico. The house has San Juan river access right through the backyard. We are near quality waters and just a few miles from Navajo Lake. The property is fenced, lots of room for parking boats or RV's. PLEASE DO NOT PLUG ANY RV'S INTO THE HOUSE ELECTRICAL.
