The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Welcome to our 17th century home. The house has been divided into two parts on a 1 hectare plot. The 180 m2 house you will rent is independent and has its own private entrance. The pool is shared. Parties and celebrations are not allowed in the evening by the pool. We are a couple with two children aged 8 and 11. Two bedrooms upstairs each with a mezzanine and full bathroom. Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
