Halfway between Rodez and Albi, the Maison d'A Côté of 140 m² spread over 2 levels (adjacent to that of the owner) is completely renovated. It has a large private plot, shaded and quiet (2500 m²) with swimming pool (shared with the owner) (above ground 8 m x 4.30 m). Located in Naucelle-Gare, it has a capacity of 6-8 people. The swing and the animals of the house will delight young and old alike.

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
