Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

This special place is furnished with antiques and old woodwork from a previous cabin on the site, yet has all of the amenities of modern day home. Play any of the many board games provided, or just relax in the jacuzzi tub or by the fireplace. Kids will enjoy the Xbox 360 in the loft and outdoor games provided. At the end of the day you can watch the sunset from the front porch swing.

Landors cottage

NEW!! Relax with the whole family at this beautiful cottage that was built in 1949 and was thoughtfully renovated in 2025. It is located close to Natural Bridge State Park (1/2 mile), the Virginia Safari park (5 miles), Lexington (14 miles), and many hiking trails. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. The kid's bedroom has books, blocks, puzzles and games. Come enjoy our beautiful home.
