Beachfront holiday rental in Natal Metropolitan Area

The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a small maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. I loved our stay, we felt at home, the location is perfect, close to everything and it is on a quiet street. The apartment accommodates 4 guests very well, it has everything you need for a good stay. Clean and organized environment, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom with air conditioning and TV, the bathroom is great. It has a balcony with a clothesline and a washing machine. The view from the 3rd floor is wonderful for enjoying the Ponta Negra beach and the Morro do Careca. Nubia was very attentive to us. I highly recommend the stay.

Giovanni's apartment is extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view of Ponta Negra beach! The location is perfect, close to everything, such as pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, markets, shops and craft fairs, that is, everything can be done on foot; safe and well-policed surroundings. The location is perfect for those who are going to do the tourist tours in the region, as it is easy to search for the receptives that provide this service. Communication with Valéria was very effective and efficient, and she quickly answered any questions that arose. I did not use the services of the building's restaurant. But I would definitely stay at Giiovanni's apartment again!!

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We'll definitely stay there when we return to Natal.

Accommodation with a great location! As described in the listing! I highly recommend it. Just one point of attention would be the speed of the internet and the TV control, which was not very good. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. Apartment impeccable, clean, faithful to photos and descriptions

I think this house has raised the cost level x benefit of airbnb, it's got everything, and if it looks perfect at the announcement it's at least 4 times better than the advertised, it has beautiful coverage, with a restaurant and a bar. The view is wonderful, the exit from the front to the sea, and otherwise there is a vacancy in the parking lot there is a cow in the street for the car and it is apparently a quiet place... Super well located in the center of black tip, and that's it, for sure if I go to Christmas again I will stay in the same place
