The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, bakery, market and several snack bars nearby. The host Jonathan was exceptional — always very polite, helpful and quick to respond, clarifying all our doubts with attention. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. The space is exactly as shown in the photos in the listing. The view from the penthouse is fantastic! The apartment is extremely beautiful and organized, very functional and cozy. Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful, well cared for. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy
