I loved our stay, we felt at home, the location is perfect, close to everything and it is on a quiet street. The apartment accommodates 4 guests very well, it has everything you need for a good stay. Clean and organized environment, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom with air conditioning and TV, the bathroom is great. It has a balcony with a clothesline and a washing machine. The view from the 3rd floor is wonderful for enjoying the Ponta Negra beach and the Morro do Careca. Nubia was very attentive to us. I highly recommend the stay.

Our stay in Natal was exceptional, before we even arrived, Katia and Ronaldo had already sent us the instructions to access the apartment. Check-in was extremely fast, the apartment is cozy with a charming, super clean and organized view, and boasts everything you need. Close to restaurants and shops. Feirinha de artesanatos, chemist, supermarket and bakery.

Everything as in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, close to everything and the view is one of the best things, I will return soon ♥️♥️

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. Giovanni's apartment is extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view of Ponta Negra beach! The location is perfect, close to everything, such as pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, markets, shops and craft fairs, that is, everything can be done on foot; safe and well-policed surroundings. The location is perfect for those who are going to do the tourist tours in the region, as it is easy to search for the receptives that provide this service. Communication with Valéria was very effective and efficient, and she quickly answered any questions that arose. I did not use the services of the building's restaurant. But I would definitely stay at Giiovanni's apartment again!!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We'll definitely stay there when we return to Natal.

Beautiful apartment located in a safe and quiet street despite its proximity to the various clubs and shops in the area. It's very quiet at night. There is no concierge. Great experience. I had a great time. I only had a few difficulties during check-in and check-out, which made me lose valuable time.

Great house, the place is perfect. The house has a great location, it is possible to walk to the market, the fair, among other places. It is possible to order everything by phone as they deliver. The house has an impeccable structure, the rooms super comfortable, a perfect architecture. The leisure space is wonderful, the beach is one of the most beautiful and clean I could visit in Natal, on the weekend it is busiest, and there are some restaurants that you can go by the sand. And the best of all is the girls who provide service in the house, super attentive and helpful, leave the environment all organized and clean, cook very well, and perfectly served us, that we were in a group of 18 people. On top of everything, the host is super responsible, and helpful, whenever I needed it was available to answer my doubts. Anyway, super recommend the house, and I will definitely go back again, because the place is perfect for those who really want to enjoy and rest.

I think this house has raised the cost level x benefit of airbnb, it's got everything, and if it looks perfect at the announcement it's at least 4 times better than the advertised, it has beautiful coverage, with a restaurant and a bar. The view is wonderful, the exit from the front to the sea, and otherwise there is a vacancy in the parking lot there is a cow in the street for the car and it is apparently a quiet place... Super well located in the center of black tip, and that's it, for sure if I go to Christmas again I will stay in the same place
