We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbour, and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful natural surroundings, you have come to the right place! From the glass terrace door, the view opens onto the rooftops of the town and the wide valley beyond. The outdoor seating area with Rhine views invites you to enjoy light, air, and landscape. The Loreley open-air theatre is also close by. The apartment has a private entrance and has been recently renovated.

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
