I had a wonderful stay at Gwen’s property! It was great to find a pet-friendly place where I could bring my dog. The location is convenient, with many activities, dining options, and beaches nearby. Gwen even provides a binder with recommendations for places to visit, which was really helpful. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could! Thank you for everything and for such a lovely stay.

1000/10 Recommend ! This has been the best air we’ve been to , The house was better than the pictures , the pool was very big , house was very clean and equipped with everything you need . This exceeded my expectations

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***

Our stay was really great. The location was excellent, quiet neighborhood, easy access to quick shopping. The house was very organized and clean. Chandra made great contact to make sure everything was ok. The welcome gift pack was also excellent. I will definitely try this location again.

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

We so liked this rental that I wished we had more time to enjoy it and use some of the accommodations it came with. The decorations and furnishings make you feel like you’re at home. They also were quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Clean, convenient, private, quiet, comfortable. I was in town for a 3-day event near the main beach, but chose to stay in a calmer location away from the crowds. It was the right choice for me and my dog. I liked that the closest beach access was one without a parking lot, making it less crowded and that the unit has an assigned parking space. Just be aware that while the complex is a block from the beach, the unit is in the back of the complex. It's also upstairs at the back of the building, making it a short walk from the parking lot. Easily doable for me, but wouldn't want it to be a surprise for someone with less mobility. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great stay! Would come back again. Having the pack and play was ideal . Could walk to beach but prefer to drive.
