This place was perfect for me and my husband! We spent the weekend here for a wedding and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a close walk to everything we needed and very clean! The host was amazing with instructions and quick to respond. There is also a house manual that has a lot of great information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We look forward to staying with Coco again!!

I’m very impressed about how Jessica really took cared of me, she is definitely a super host!! In the beginning. I had some concerns and she met all of them. She responded quickly, immediately and I was very pleased! it was a very nice experience, her place is so cute, my son and I felt very comfortable! I love the kitchen and the bathroom the most, it is a small place but cute and functional you really have everything you need, we stayed for a month, and felt at home away from home! I recommend Jessica as a host and her beautiful place to everyone!! 😊

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and peaceful but still close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Cozy small place, very quiet area and many restaurants around, would stay again

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Beautiful place!! Not even 30 second walk to the beach. Fully stocked with all beach necessities also! Perfect place for a couple getaway :)

Carla was very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location is great and very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and in a very safe area. If we are ever around town again we will definitely reach out to her!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Awesome stay at this cute little retreat in Springfield! The pool is great, beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always a big plus :) We loved it and will definitely be back!

We had a perfect time staying at John’s beautiful condo! Coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean. We counted 16 turtles in the little “river” that runs by the building. Tons of bird watching too. Super clean, very comfy furniture. The main bedroom bed is SO comfortable! Kitchen had all we needed. Shower in master was fab. Did I mention clean?! Tons of things to do. Easy access to beach. Golf cart is perfect for running to the beach or nearby restaurants. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs, and more. All you need for a perfect beach trip I’d stay at John’s again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for us (2 couples and a baby). Having a pack n play and high chair allowed us to actually fit in the car with everything else haha. Multiple/other kids would be accommodated easily as well. We didn’t feel cramped at all so it made for a really nice vacation. Particularly the huge balcony having eating and relaxing space was so nice. Beach access was easy/convenient. Having the storage unit (including provided wagon and 2 chairs) was great to avoid bringing sand into the unit and simplified getting down to and up from the beach. Loved the neighborhood as well, able to walk to plenty of places and just generally nice, relaxing walks. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay!!! House was clean and beautiful. Perfect for our party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. We loved having two living rooms, a spacious dining room that easily accommodated all 8 of us, and of course the pool and hot tub were where we spent most of our time. House was clean and had a lot of amenities. We had one issue on the first day and Andrew was super responsive and took care of the issue immediately. The area was great with plenty of stuff to do. We also did a nice day trip to St. Augustine and the ride was easy and beautiful. The beach a few min from the house was gorgeous. Can’t say enough great things about the house and our stay. Would gladly stay again!
