Holiday rentals with beach access in Nassau County

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

For all that Amelia Island has to offer, this lodging managed to be the absolute star of our family’s trip. Hard to overstate its great qualities: comfortable and luxurious without being stuffy; well-equipped for cooking, entertaining, and decompressing from long days outdoors, spacious, and mere steps from a gorgeous beach. The security and seclusion of the Omni resort was a nice bonus as well. We’ll miss evenings sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water, and the will seriously consider coming back to the island just to stay here again. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A beautiful area and beautiful home. The space was so clean, there were snacks and fresh flowers. Exactly what you see in the pictures. It was quiet and you're literally across from the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

Wonderful location for us while visiting family in Jacksonville. We enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach in the morning and evening! Very peaceful for us. Wish we could stay longer the accommodations were very comfortable for us! Thank you!

It was helpful to have two bathrooms. Our friend who slept on the sofa bed said it was comfortable.

Abby’s place was very nice. Clean, well stocked, easy walk to the beach, quiet and comfortable. We had a great time. Abby was very responsive and helpful.

This is the best Airbnb experience my family and I have ever had. We plan to rebook next year! It was a last minute accommodation and everything went smoothly. It is literally a hidden gem. I didn't even know there was a pond until I tapped the listing. the beds and blankets were so comfortable. altogether we caught 15 fish! we had an amazing vacation. thank you so much!

Great place to stay as we were visiting Jacksonville. Kayla was a great host and always respected promptly to any questions or requests we had. Definitely would stay again when we will be back in town.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The darts were missing or broken but upon messaging the owners they immediately bought more and we were able to enjoy the game! They were always very quick to respond!

The suite is as pictured, the bed was amazingly comfy and the window unit kept us very cool. Frankie was extremely responsive & friendly when we had some minor issues.

The place was spot on to the listing. So many restaurants, shops and etc. within walking distance. Within blocks of the beach. We walked almost everywhere. I would book this place again, highly recommended.

Incredible place did not want to leave. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and as a central spot to go to plenty of places to eat and explore. The price was extremely reasonable for the size and location of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The house had plenty of room and was very open and inviting. Would 100% stay here again.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing beach trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really showed and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

Amazing location, this apartment is a true gem. Bruce and Pamela are responsive and kind hosts, and there is everything you may wish for in the apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely do so whenever I am near Jacksonville!
