Monthly Rentals in Narragansett Bay

I’m a regular visitor to the area and have stayed at Karla’s property a few times now. It’s always spotless, cozy, and really comfortable. The location is great—quiet, safe, and convenient. Karla is a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and consistent every time. I’d absolutely recommend any of her properties to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Warwick area. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

This house is big and comfortable. It is close to the heart of Jamestown and a quick drive to the Newport Bridge to take you into scenic Newport. Pamela's family lives on the other side of this large house, so there is plenty of room for everyone, and things are very quiet. Pamela is kind, friendly and very available to help if needed.
