Gavin's guest house was a fantastic getaway for us. Not too far from Melbourne & lots of things to explore within 45 minutes. The local pub & the winery must not be missed too. Buninyong is so underrated. The guest house is so relaxing to stay in. Gavin made us feel so welcome & homely. The welcome pack of fruits, bread, juice, nut, butter & jam makes the stay more special. Great accommodation for two people. The design is clever and functional. Very close to the Ballarat shopping centre.

Was a beautiful spot to stay for our short work trip. Nice, private and close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Rosie's Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. The property was easy to find, very well equipped with not even a speck of dust, and in peaceful surroundings. We loved walking on the 4WD trail leading from the property, having breakfast at the table on the verandah, watching Netflix on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. Our dog also loved being able to run off-lead in the enclosed back yard. It was also lovely to meet Sonya when we arrived.
