Waterfront holiday rentals in Nantucket

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

A wonderful place to stay; photos don’t do it justice! Extremely peaceful and the perfect spot to spend time relaxing!

William’s place is in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the beach! We had everything we needed for our stay and William was incredibly responsible the entire time. We will be back!

Joe’s place was the perfect adult escape. My husband and I were able to celebrate our anniversary away from our small kids. The views are breathtaking. The house is so quaint and perfect. Everything about this place is the ideal beachfront retreat. We simply can’t wait to book again.

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

Everything about this cottage was perfect for my daughter’s wedding weekend! The place is pristine and the views are spectacular. No details are overlooked. David was very responsive and helpful throughout— it is evident he truly cares about his guests having the best experience. We hope to return in the future!

Erica's house was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. We had a great weekend that exceeded our expectations with wonderful indoor/outdoor areas to enjoy at this property. The location is fantastic, close to everything and walking distance to the water. Would highly recommend Erica for your group!

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

This location was excellent and the house was as described and shown in photos. A perfect place for some friends and family to have a relaxing stay.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

this is my second return to Laura's place and still had a wonderful time :) perfect location and place was spotless. Laura is extremely kind+communicative. 10/10!!

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)
