Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nantucket

29 India is a Nantucket gem. In the center of town yet very peaceful and super quiet for sleeping. Great a/c for some super hot days/nights too! Breakfast is like a full B&B service with delicious fresh fruit and full continental offerings. Beach towels and chairs available for use. Stay was delightful!

We had a wonderful stay The place was pristine and the rooms as pictured. We had several options for breakfast coffee, tea, coffee cake , yogurt, fruit juice, water , fresh fruit and pumpkin balsa over the two days The place is private and has wonderful views. It was peaceful. I would recommend bringing your car. Although taxis, Uber and lift are readily available.

We had a great stay! It’s very serene and it’s just gorgeous. Very relaxing by the pool and the walking trail to the beach was very pretty. We’ll definitely be back!

Mary and David made me feel right at home. They were kind, easy to communicate with and went out of their way to be helpful. The room is beautiful as shown on the pictures - comfy bed with pristine linens, everything was clean and quiet. In the morning I was greeted by their friendly dog in the kitchen while pouring a cup of coffee. Also, I enjoyed nature walks to the lake a few steps from their house. I highly recommend this place. Good value and great experience.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

We had an incredible stay at David and Mary's house! The house was exactly as described - spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and located in a charming neighborhood on Cape Cod. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was super cozy and comfortable. It was great to have the privacy of a walk-in bathroom (fantastic shower and all the amenities we could ask for). Mary and David went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, providing thoughtful touches like coffee in the morning and information about the area. They are very welcoming and kind, with a great sense of humor. Communication was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions I had. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Cod and would love to stay again!

We felt totally at home in Geoffrey's place. So glad we rented a home this trip rather than stay at an inn, which we have done in the past.

My son and I were greeted by Ginny as we pulled into the driveway. She kindly helped us find a parking spot:) Craig came out with the dogs, who are absolutely adorable, and we instantly felt at home. The B&B itself was beautiful and comfortable. Craig was super friendly and so much fun to chat with. The whole experience was wonderful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary, the room was adorable with a very responsive host. Craig and Ginny were great, Craig gave us recommendations for a day trip to make the most out of our short 2 day trip, and we hit a lot of amazing highlights of the cape! We would love to come back one day!

This is my 20th summer traveling to the Vineyard. And I must admit, my stay at Kathleen's place has been the BEST!!!!!!!! Her place is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the hot spots in Oak Bluffs. To top it off, I looked forward to the homemade scrumptious breakfast that Kathleen prepared each morning. Moreover, the accommodation comes with premium housekeeping services. Thus, Kathleen is the consummate host- staying at her place will make your Vineyard experience even more memorable.

Wonderful place, very clean, peaceful, and the owners were friendly, kind, available, and helpful. About 20 min walk to harbour with boats to Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. About 10 min walk to beach, and about 25 min walk to downtown shops. Big parking area, beautiful garden. I traveled all over the island but I found Hyannis being the center of things. I'd certainly recommend this place in Hyannis.

“Lovely” is what comes to mind when I think of my stay at Martin’s Inn. The decorations and beautiful back porch views made for a quaint getaway accommodation! Our trip was only improved by Martin’s kindness to our group. He made sure we knew the best places in town and even gave us rides, when we wanted! Will absolutely be looking to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

Matthew was an excellent host. Many choices for breakfast. Everyone was made to feel welcome. When I needed help knowing where to start, Matthew had the perfect suggestion. Glad I picked 7 sea street / hope I get a chance to return. Thank you, Matthew!

My husband and I just returned home from our weekend stay with Ginny and Craig. Craig and the dogs greeted us when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and very helpful. Local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. This was our first visit to the area, and it was very quiet and close to downtown. Also, very close to the local beaches which were beautiful and not crowded at all. The room #7 where we stayed had a cute patio and looked out over the backyard. Great spot for coffee in the morning or to wind down in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.

Donna and Marc were amazing. They are such nice people with great hospitality. Our room was spotless clean and they really care about sanitation during these challenging times. We felt safe and comfortable staying at LongDell. The breakfast was delicious! We preferred to have our breakfast outside at the table next to their beautiful waterfall fountain and mini pond. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat or where to go. You can borrow the beach chairs and towels from them which was really nice. The beach is 15 minute walk from the Inn, so you don't have to pay for parking at the beach ($25 per day). There is a very nice ice cream shop near LongDell where you can enjoy delicious homemade ice-cream! We went on a walk at the skunknett river wildlife sanctuary nearby which was beautiful! (6 min drive from the Inn). LongDell is a quiet place where you can have some piece of mind and enjoy the positivity around! Thanks you so much Marc and Donna! We are definitely coming back :)
