The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.

Built in 1850, this Historic 2-bed, 2-bath 1,200 sq. ft. apartment is centrally located right in the middle of downtown Nantucket. Unit also includes a loft area with 2 twin mattresses (Total of 4 beds in the unit). Full kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, smart TV, central AC, in-unit laundry, linens, and towels.
