Holiday rentals with a pool in Nantucket County

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was very responsive to all my inquiries both prior to and during our stay. House was easy drive to shopping and dinning as well as the local ponds and beaches. Although we did not cook if u plan to prepare meals be aware kitchen has limited pots and pans for cooking. Also would have like to have a tea pot to boil water. Otherwise had everything we needed for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

Kerry was an amazing host. Very kind, very helpful, and very communicative. The house itself was very cute and had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. The outdoor shower was also a huge hit. The house was super close to the community beach and the community pool, which were both a ton of fun. The house was also close to some other things we did on our week vacation, like sailing on the Liberte, taking a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and checking out some other town beaches. The house was a little tight for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids)...while there were plenty of places to sleep, there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table and the outdoor table. The house was also right off the main road, which made it convenient, but I think we would have preferred to be a little more secluded. But all in all, positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

We had such a fantastic stay at Sue’s beautiful Edgartown home! The house was charming, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kids’ toys and extra keys to cozy spaces for the whole family. Even with some chilly weather, we made great memories thanks to Sue’s warmth and hospitality. One huge highlight was the car rental—what a convenient bonus! It was clean, reliable, and made exploring the island a breeze. Sue was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, checking in with helpful suggestions and going above and beyond. She truly made us feel at home. From shell picking at Felix Neck to relaxing in the playroom and enjoying everything the Vineyard has to offer, our family had a wonderful time. We’re already talking about our next trip back—and hoping Sue’s hot tub addition is ready by then! Highly recommend!

Lovely home and well outfitted for our stay. Conveniently located on well maintained grounds.

Luisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Her place is cute and cozy, very quiet, but everything we wanted to do was close by.

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

Leah was the most accommodating host I’ve ever encountered. The beds were super comfortable and the house was pristine. Leah gave tons of recommendations for me and my 2 under 2. We had a great time despite the weather and I would highly recommend Leah’s place to anyone.

Sweet, serene place, very peaceful area.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Great location and a nice quaint spot for one or two ! Great value for the area as well
