House holiday rentals in Nantucket County

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

This place worked out wonderfully for the 6 adults and 3 grandchildren we had with us, my 4 year old granddaughter even got her own room and loved it, along with the pool!! It was very clean and family friendly and stocked with more than we expected. There is also food and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed it immensely!! Thank you Michael, you have a wonderful place!!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at DJV Rentals. It was very quiet, pleasant, and spacious. All rooms had TV's, the house had all the luxuries of home. We would love to stay here again, especially in summer when the pool would be open!!!!

This was our fifth (!) time staying at this amazing cottage out near Madaket, and we loved it as much as we have on previous trips. It's a great spot, with a lovely view of Long Pond and a short trip to numerous beaches and (our favorite spot) Millie's. The house itself is a great set-up for a family (we have two young kids) with three well-appointed bedrooms, and a living space and primary bedroom that are both somewhat separate from the "kid" bedrooms. Carolyn is always an incredibly responsive host. We love this Airbnb!

Had the most perfect 4 night stay here with my family. Was able to walk to the Nantucket Inn for a conference a few of the days while my husband and the kids played at Children’s Beach, Nobadeer Beach and a playground right down the road. The house was very clean and had everything you could need!! Would definitely stay again!

Richard's place in Nantucket is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, making us feel at home right from the start. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and is impeccably clean. My kids loved playing in the outdoor space. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Lee and Cindy were phenomenal hosts and the home itself was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable cottage right near Surfside beach, which has a free shuttle that runs into downtown -- super convenient! Cindy and Lee were great with communication and provided clear instructions clear instructions and information about the home as we checked in. Thank you so much for Cindy and Lee, hoping to come back again soon!!

We had a wonderful stay out in Madaket. Quiet, serene and amazing proximity to the beach! Abigail was flexible and accommodating with us, we had a larger group staying + everyone was comfortable. House is spacious enough while giving old nantucket vibes too! We cooked a few meals at the house and found the house to be well supplied with propane, utensils, plates and glasses. We slept 10 people at the house comfortably, only one of the bedrooms from photos didn’t match up, switched from 2 twins to a full but it actually worked better for us! The real winner of the weekend was the ocean breeze accompanied by the views, hard to beat!!! Super pleased with Abigail’s responsiveness, accommodations + suggestions and overall friendliness! Look forward to staying at “The Captains Quarters” again! 10/10

Doug was very nice and helpful. We were worried we would be unable to leave the island due to weather and Doug worked with us and told us not to worry. Very quiet and peaceful place. It has its quirks but that’s part of the charm.

Our week’s stay at Jayna’s home was excellent. She was very responsive & helpful from the beginning. Her house was exactly as she described, beds were super comfortable too. Great outdoor space for morning coffee/evening cocktails while catching the sunset. Close to Surfside, the bike path & airport (huge plus). 5* 😊

Very cute and cozy cottage. Decorated in a true Nantucket nautical theme. The home had everything that we needed to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to walk to town very easily and to Children’s Beach and Brant Point also. Hope to rent again someday!

Another great weekend on Chappy. The house was perfect for our family and the location can’t be beat. Lisa was responsive throughout the weekend and quickly addressed a few questions we had along the way. Looking forward to coming back in a few months!

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Cloud! The house was clean and very spacious, perfect for 2 families of four. Anne and Kevin provided an amazing guide for navigating Nantucket which helped us in finding the perfect beaches. Having tennis and pickleball in the neighborhood was an added bonus that our kids loved. We would definitely stay again!

This is a very charming home in a nice quiet location with beautiful views out to Cisco beach. We had a great weekend stay, the morning sun on the deck was excellent. Would love to stay here again.
