Lovely house with lake location

Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening dip in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony in the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
