Lovely cozy renovated studio close to all amenities, IUT, train station, nursing school. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without an elevator in the city center in a quiet area. Private parking space included in the residence. The warm accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Farmhouse accommodation

Small apartment on the farm, refurbished, located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of MABLY and 8 km from the center of ROANNE, 1 double bedroom + possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. For a single night booking, sheets are not provided. If you forget, you will be charged 10 euros. Blankets are available. From a reservation of 2 nights, the room will be equipped with sheets and duvet but you will need to provide sheets for the sofa bed.
