In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. The mirror suite offers a stay close to nature and with a fantastic view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.

From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with good selection of goods and restaurant.

Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

But to put it straight at once; -this is a dead simple shack almost sliding into the breaking waves of the dark deep lake full of annoying trout wakes and paralyzing wet whisper under the floorboards to seduce you straight into nirvana... unless the awkwardly kitschy sunsets starts feeding your insomnia. But don't panic, you will not experience something like this every day. So every minute counts...

Beautiful house is half of a semi-detached house located on Skorstad on beautiful Otterøya. Beautiful nest gives you access to large veranda with sea view. Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and nice rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Upon request, the entire house can be rented - great for larger groups.
