Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. This is the place that so many have given their amazing and summery feedback in recent years. Moengen is located off the beaten track in a scenic area, overlooking the south and the Trondheim Fjord. If you are lucky, it is not uncommon for moose and deer to graze on the meadow below the houses. The apartment is 75 m2 and is decorated in wood materials. In the dark season, Trondheim city lights up the night sky to the south. This is a time of year when the municipality's great light trails can be used.

A wonderful view of Verdal and Trondheimsfjorden. Perfect for two, but there's room for four (double bed and sofa bed). There are horses on the property that can be seen from the house. Peaceful location, no traffic passing by the house. If you would like accommodation for more than four people, it is possible to rent an apartment in addition. Option to rent a stable for a horse if required. Close to the E6 (3.6 km), the centre of Verdalsøra (3.9 km) and Stiklestad.
