The heart of the apartment is the large living room with separate dining area and adjoining fully equipped fitted kitchen. From here you can also reach the large terrace overlooking the countryside. Furthermore, 3 bedrooms, a spacious daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and tub as well as a separate guest toilet await you.

The apartment and access is not suitable for people with disabilities and is not barrier-free. No smoking inside the apartment.

Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Our house is quietly located, about 2 km from the beautiful Untreusee. It is 5 km to Hof and 10 km to Rehau. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.
