The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

Playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity and an outdoor swimming pool is about 2 minutes' walk away.

On two floors with a total of 120 square meters, the listed gem welcomes you and offers you everything you need to feel good. It is designed for 2 adults and families with children.
