Sweet little cottage in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location on a garden plot. Great panoramic view of the valley over Fichtelberg-Neubau. In the immediate vicinity of Lake Fichtel and the Naabquelle, it is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, the cross-country ski trail entrance is nearby. Due to the location at 800 m above sea level, it is relatively snow-proof. In case of snow, access directly to the house is not guaranteed. Depending on the road condition, parking is 500 m away.

The pellet stove not only provides a pleasant ambience, but also heats the approximately 100 square meter cabin. Your task - refill pellets daily - the stove does the rest automatically! If you are still cold, you will be pleased about the in-house sauna.
