Hide away in the middle of nature 💫 - Off-grid tiny house in a secluded location with magnificent views Your time away from civilization! Cabin feeling (dry toilet, no running water, camping battery), deceleration and aesthetics. We combine the reduced life in nature in a self-built, simple hut in a unique location on the edge of the forest with modern design. We are not a professional hotel business. Insects are to be expected! Attention: be sure to follow the instructions for the equipment!

Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The apartment in organic construction with separate access via outside stairs with lattice. 2 small sleeping rooms, breakfast kitchen and external kitchen for cooking. 10 minutes to the bathing pond with a private skate park. Donkey hikes, nature and gardening, creative workshops and coaching can be booked on site. In the heart of the Fichtel Mountains, a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

The apartment with approx. 55 square meters is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. Equipped with a walk-in shower, box-spring bed 180 × 200 m, flat-screen TV, large sofa bed for two children or 1 adult, not suitable for 4 adults, electric blackout blind, as well as fast free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Lucky Spots

Our little slice of heaven at Bärenrangen Experience pure relaxation. Our small but fine wooden hut right on the edge of the forest with garden and veranda invites you to do so. Installers are also welcome at any time. In total, the property can accommodate up to 8 people. You rent the entire property just for yourself for an undisturbed get-together. A gas heater and a fireplace in the living area provide warm hours. Big parties are not allowed out of consideration.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
