I used it when I took my elementary school children to the hardened Kogen ski resort. There is no bath in the facility, but there are plenty of hot spring facilities nearby, and they told me about multiple things.The facility has everything, including a washing machine (detergent is also provided), a range, a toaster, a rice cooker, dishes, and an extension cable, so I had a very comfortable stay without any problems.
