This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 m. A simple log house built new in 2022, with a strong scent of wood. You can discover many beautiful views in a 10-minute walk. Please be sure to take a look at Mt. Iizuna from Lake Daiza-Hoshi. It's about a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also get here by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also an ideal base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you would like to visit a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to Tengu no Yakata on Lake Reisenji. When there are no fireworks, we recommend taking a walk along the banks of the Shinano River, buying a bento and a drink, and relaxing on a bench overlooking the river ♪ It is about 15-20 minutes on foot from the station, so you can also come on foot. There are many bars, sushi shops, ramen shops, restaurants, and shops where you can taste Niigata specialties around the station. You can compare sake at the Ponshukan at the station. There is also a supermarket and a 7-Eleven near the apartment. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please refrain from making loud noises or playing music at night or early in the morning.
