The house is located between Vordingborg, Næstved and Præstø in peaceful and scenic surroundings. Walking distance to the fjord. Close to Svinø beach, Avnø Nature Centre and the Sjaellandsleden. Close to shopping. The entrance to the house is shared with the owner.

Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air

Find peace in the "Forvalterboligen" on the Frederiks-Eg estate. From this unique 2-storey home, you have direct access to a private park, lake and forest. The country estate is from 1847 and in classic style, and the "Forvalterboligen" has been renovated continuously, most recently in 2022. We are neighbors to the outdoor swimming pool with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work daily from home and are excited to welcome you to our family farm and to a great experience in the scenic surroundings of South Zealand.

The annex contains an upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and an extra room with a nice double bed in an open space. The lower floor contains a kitchen and a large dining room with room to invite the whole family over for coffee and cake or dinner. The dining room can accommodate 12 dining guests, so it can be used for many things, e.g. meetings, etc.

I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Et unikt familieophold på landet, tæt på strand, havn og hyggelige Karrebæksminde.

The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful cottage in a beautiful natural area. The cottage is cozy with an open kitchen, a wood-burning stove, large panoramic windows, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The outdoor area consists of two lovely terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. The children can play with swings, sandpit or ball games on the large lawn. Child-friendly Svinø Strand is a stone's throw from the cottage. We ask that our guests bring their own bed linen and towels.

Quiet, child-friendly surroundings. Large plot, with trampoline, swings and fireplace. The house and furnishings are being renovated. We have upgraded the terrace with several m2. And we have built another terrace. There is a 3-person canoe for use. 2 km to child-friendly beach, shopping opportunities and mini-golf course, as well as several good restaurants.
