Holiday rentals with a patio in Nacka Municipality

We had a really nice stay. The app is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, the train is a few minutes walk. The app is good equipped and has enough space. Would recommend.

The communication with Andreas was very smooth and he always responded quickly. The accommodation, a great combination of old stone walls and a modern building, was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely come back for my next visit to Stockholm. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, I recommend taking the bus as the stop is very close to the accommodation. There is also the possibility to take the ferry line but the direct footpath involves a lot of stairs.

Nathalie is a great host. Loved the neighborhood. Her place is very cozy and close to amenities and the bus stop.

Matched description and photos. Quiet area and great for walking. Quick to get to the center of Stockholm, it takes about half an hour. Also suitable for longer stays. My questions were answered comprehensively and quickly. Nothing wrong with the stay, I recommend.

Really beautiful Apartment Wort the possibility to get some sun in the terrace. It only Tool 2 min to the next underground. It is okay to Travel Daily into the city. Spiel stay here again. Thank you

Great, big and pretty apartment. Had everything we needed. Had cozy breakfasts in the winter garden. Boat and train transport to the city within short distance. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Nice and easy communication with the host. Really gave the impression that he wanted us to enjoy ourselves in the apartment and on site. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Johanna's and Anton's home for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The location is in a quiet area, but close to the metrostation (5 mins walk) which takes you directly to the city center/old town. The supermarket is also right at the metro station, with some other shops as well. The home is so nice to be at - it is nicely decorated, there is a cosy balcony for morning coffee, we felt at home right away. Communication was easy. Perfect place to spend some time in Stockholm!

What a beautiful place to stay! From beginning to end, this was a wonderful holiday and Åse was really helpful and responsive throughout. The house was easy to get to both by car and public transport and the bus to central Stockholm is a couple of minutes walk away and then just a ten minute journey into town. There are lots of shops within a few minutes walk so very convenient for groceries. The lake is incredible. We swam and walked a lot but also the SUP rental at Elton’s just 5 minutes walk away was great for our two teenage boys. They also played table tennis there while I got to drink coffee and read. I want to live here! The house is beautiful. Incredibly clean and comfortable and really well equipped with everything you’d need. Do stay here if you want a peaceful stay in Stockholm, we will definitely be back.

Nature and city fit perfectly with this beautiful home. You get to know Stockholm from a completely different side, with nature and lake. The center is easily accessible by bus and takes about 20 minutes.

Super nice accommodation, magical view, super lovely patio and perfect with many bedrooms so we were a relatively big bunch. Extra plus bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, spices, plastic bags, parchment paper etc were provided. It made it easier in our logistics! Fredrik was incredibly quick to respond the days before our stay and also met us when we got there, which was appreciated. The house was clean but we needed to wash some dishes when we arrived, probably due to previous guests. Despite that, the listing exceeded our expectations and I think we were all super happy. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at Ida's house. It was perfect for my needs, quiet and quiet area, nice surroundings, very clean and fresh. Ida responded directly to my questions, so I can really recommend this home.

Stayed here for the second time and i love it so much that i've added some extra weeks to my work-escape here. Lena is always approachable, kind and keeps checking up on her guests. The ambience of the house has a very peaceful, cozy, true home feeling. And the surrounding area is the same, nature everywhere, forests, lakes, little fjords, nature reserve, walking paths everywhere. Very organized, peaceful, safe and quiet area. Easy to bump into squirrels, woodpeckers, deers, and good chance of spotting the northern lights too. As always, totally recommended.

We were 2 families total 6 pax to enjoy the holidays. The house is very comfortable and prepared, has enough space and with 2 terraces so you find a quiet corner if you want to be alone..Near nature and sea, the bus stop next door and you get to the center of Stockholm in 30 min. A highly recommended house to book!!

Fantastic house, very tasteful and especially in wonderful surroundings! We enjoyed the house, pool (heated to 30°C and therefore also very pleasant in the evening) and hot tub (40°C and real luxury). Communication with Benny was perfect. When the hot tub's heating failed, Benny responded immediately and we were able to fix the problem effortlessly. In addition to the sunrise, we were actually able to observe fallow deer in the garden! Although it can also be easily reached by public transport, we would recommend a rental car. This made it easier for us to explore the surroundings and shopping was also hassle-free. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much for the great stay! Andrea and family

Hi community, Here the space is certainly small but make no mistake it is functional. Very well equipped and welcoming. Perfect for a stay in the Swedish capital. I was there in winter, for the Christmas holidays, the apartment is well heated. The host responds quickly. close to the subway, quiet area. a convenience store nearby. In short, excellent.

l stayed with my teenage son for an event at the Stockholmsmässan. It was a 15-20 min walk so perfect for us. Slightly uphill going from the town to the house. Tania's place is a residential area, very quiet, pleasant walk. We even saw a hare and deer on the street which was surprising to us from the UK. We felt safe to walk back in the dark at night. Lovely, clean apartment. Nice hot shower, comfy bed. We found Tania to be very quick to respond to messages and she was very helpful.

I stayed in the apartment for 4 months. The accommodation is very well located, easy to access and very convenient.

We had a great stay at Anna's cozy and practical apartment. We really enjoyed the area, it was quiet and peaceful, with a long way to the city center and close to the sea with nice hiking trails. We would gladly came back!

Beautiful, clean flat with excellent views of Stockholm. Bedroom was a bit hot so would recommend a fan. Host was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who visits Stockholm!

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!
