One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200cm, the second has a bed measuring 140x200cm, and in the third bedroom there are two bunk beds that can be placed next to each other, each bed measuring 90x200cm. The apartment is centrally located, the train station is a 3-minute walk away, two supermarkets, bakers and butchers are also accessible by short distances.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
