Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Myrthios

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

We were already in the house of Dionysia in autumn 2024 and since we liked it so much, we lived in Dionysia's house again in May/June 2025. Everything was as great as on our first visit. Everything is very tidy and clean, the location is perfect to reach many excursion destinations and Dionysia is simply a wonderful and very warm hostess. It was a fantastic holiday and we felt very comfortable. Thank you, dear Dionysia ❤️

We stayed in the house half Vegera B for a week and were very satisfied with our choice. The house was sparkling clean and it has everything you need. The amenities are high quality, thoughtful and chosen with love. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Vaia's parents and she in written contact are extremely kind and helpful people. We lacked nothing, and we felt completely comfortable. We highly recommend the place.

I've been in many places in the world but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. Simply stunning view and well designed house with each bedroom able to enjoy the stunning view. There is everything you in in the house and I mean everything. Swimming pool with excellent filtration and always warm water. Communication with host Paul instant and he is super helpful. I would love to say more but don't want to spoil the surprise when you walk in the first time and see this spectacular place. Would I come again? I will for sure. Wow! Artemis is such a thoughtful host. The property is peaceful and beautiful. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy Crete and the Mediterranean. Our apartment was cleaned every weekday; that was a bonus!

From Sunrise to Sunset the North facing second floor apartment and balcony offered incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Rethymnon Marina and Fortezza … absolutely no issues or problems with check in, in/out access with secure gated and covered garage parking … comfortable bed, quite building, hot water shower/sinks, flawless high speed internet, excellent cable TV, soft linens, sheets and pillows 5⭐️!

We had a really nice stay at this accommodation! Very quiet, secluded location with a great private pool, large terrace and superbly equipped apartment. Dimitrios was always immediately available and gave us great tips for the area. The nearest place with a beach is within walking distance, a supermarket and taverns are available there. We will be happy to come back! :)

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

This is our second stay at Stefanos apartment. The apartment is perfect for us, great value and exactly as photos with the most amazing view. Absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back again!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is well-equipped, functional with a magnificent view from the apartment and of course from the terrace. We highly recommend it.

Lovely spot right next to the water! Great layout and it was a dream to wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place with a breathtaking location. The hosts were so friendly and made sure that we were happy throughout our stay, offering assistance when needed. We were sad to leave and would love to stay again.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

10/10 Eleni is so sweet and helpful dont be afraid to text her for ANY support. The only thing I would say is if u struggle with stairs this may not be the best for you as it at the top of a hill that u need stairs for walking. If u have a car though that wont be an issue for you :)

Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

Our stay in Chania was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and the outdoor areas are beautiful. Ioanna was very easy to reach and friendly.

This place was amazing. A little sanctuary in a fabulous location: walk to the right and you are in the Old City, walk to the left and you are at the beach. Enjoyed the balcony with a quaint view of a garden, trees and the coffee maker. Truly had everything I needed for a great stay and the host was amazing as well. There are lockers to leave luggage before or after check in/out.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

We had a great stay at Nikos' place. The view is incredible, you'll want to spend your days on the balcony! The bedding is comfortable, and there is everything available for a very good stay. Nikos was very welcoming and discreet, he recommended a place to park easily and reach the centre of Chania on foot, which was very convenient! In short, we really enjoyed our vacation in this accommodation and recommend it 100%. Thank you Nikos!

Close to the beach. Parking available. Apartment has everything you might need. Helpful host. Everything within walking distance, car is only needed for day trips. Nice toys for the kids. The only downside is that it is next to a busy road with the necessary noise.
