Holiday rentals with a patio in Mutley

This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice flat, clean and well furnished with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen well stocked and some food included. Ample roadside parking nearby if you have multiple cars. Good shower, enjoyed our stay.

The studio was perfect for our needs. Small but perfectly formed, had everything you could wish for. Communication was excellent at every point. The breakfast supplies were so thoughtful. We used Strawberry Fields farm shop, 5 minutes away for pasties and cakes. Highly recommend place. Thanks Patricia.

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We had a great time staying in Rachel’s accommodation again. It is a beautiful property, extremely well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the location is superb too.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

We had a lovely time at Steve’s place. It was just what we needed for the three of us. Very comfortable and warm, had everything that we could have needed in terms of amenities and was walking distance from the estuary, deli and pub. We also found the beds very comfy!!

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William

Our stay at Sandie and Dan’s apartment was absolutely lovely! From the very beginning, communication was warm, clear, and timely – we received all the necessary information and helpful instructions well before arrival. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – quiet yet close to everything important in Plymouth. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality – we truly felt welcome.
