Monthly Rentals in Muthukadu

This is Lalitha, myself with my parents had come and stayed in Casagrand ECR J-1310 room , for 4 days, from 23/04/2025 to 26/04/2025, and on 27/04/2025 , sharply 11:30Am we have vacated the room, Ohmprakash Sir is so genuine and had helped us by providing correct instructions of room locking, garbage cleaning etc...., Room is so clean, hygenic, safety too. i am new to chennai, but, this place is full of safety, securities helped us in parking etc...., very much satisfied with this service. Thank You Sir. whenever i come to chennai for staying my option will be always this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was a wonderful experience. The space was very well-isolated, offering a peaceful environment. The host, Rahul, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always replying within seconds, and made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Firstly , very good host with minimal interference and maximum helpfulness. Very prompt in responding to queries and issues. Thanks. Secondly, the flat is very good with all facilities promised. We stayed in this facility for close to 40 days and had very peaceful and enjoyable stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay for a family in OMR vicinity.
