The apartment is open-plan, offers two comfortable hotel beds in the sleeping area, as well as a sofa bed in front of the fireplace in the living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a small dining table + 4 chairs and a modern shower room. The house has a small cozy garden, with barbecue area, seating area and children's play corner.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.
