Kuća je udaljena 20m od mora i ima rivu i plažu.Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od kampa Kosirina). Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V. Vodu i električnu energiju potrebno je racionalno koristiti.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev.
