Apartment holiday rentals in Murta Maria

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Stefano was very easy to reach and gave us great tips and answered all questions immediately. The accommodation is very close to the airport and also accessible by bus. Everything was very clean and we were happy about coffee and eggs. He is a highly recommended host and if we should fly to Olbia again then to Stefano

Giulio was very helpful to us and let us check in earlier, gave us guidance on restaurants and not to mention that his space is very clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay in Olbia. The neighbourhood also has everything you need, we found a bakery, market and bars.

We feel so lucky to have discovered Pier’s place in beautiful Pittulongu, Sardinia! The location is incredibly convenient—just one block from the stunning beach and only a 3–6 minute walk to several charming restaurants and bakeries. One of the restaurants is literally right across the street! There’s also a convenient parking spot available. The garden is absolutely lovely, with a pomegranate tree and grapevines right outside the bedroom window. Highly recommend this gem!

Excellent stay, the village of Porto San Paolo is very beautiful. The house has a very nice entrance with nice floor spots and a very useful barbecue. There are several amenities available such as an adapter, power strip, parasol, ball and more. The host is very kind and responsive, an answer to all our questions and in a very pleasant way. I highly recommend it! On the other hand, for groups of young people more inclined to make noise, I advise against it because the neighbors are very sensitive to noise. When you are 6 young people, you naturally make more noise than a family of 4, but even talking is too much for the neighborhood... Otherwise it's okay.

We had a wonderful time in Barbara's accommodation! The house is very cozy and tastefully furnished – especially the fantastic garden delighted us. Since we also cooked ourselves from time to time, we were very grateful for the well-equipped kitchen – it really had everything you need. Barbara is an incredibly warm and helpful host. For our little one, there were even a few lovely extras that we hadn't expected – a great surprise! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Barbara!

Fantastic apartment to stay in Olbia. It has all amenities needed, the rooms are big and well equipped. The communication with the host is easy and quick. 100% recommended

Pasquarosa is a very sweet host! The apartment is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood with many great places within walking distance. My favorite restaurant, Caminera, was a mere 2 min walk. Best food and service in the area! I really enjoyed the peaceful fenced backyard with blooming jasmine and a swing. I spent most of my time there. The private covered parking was much appreciated. Lovely neighborhood to stay in and beaches are only a few minutes drive away. Porto Istana was my favorite close beach. I recommend going to Olbia in May or early June to avoid crowds.

Modern new house just 50 m from the beach - super convenient! Welcome basket full of local delicacies. Flexible check in/out. Great on site host, Salvatore, always available and quick to help with any issues. Great experience overall!

Marco was terrific! The lodgings are upstairs from his parent's residence and very unique in a positive way. We had an issue with the washing machine and Marco took care of it while we were at a beach. He was very flexible regarding check out and really wanted us to experience the wonderful surroundings.

Very positive experience, the house is centrally located to visit several beaches in the area, specifically that we always moved around by car. Very clean house with everything you need, we did not meet Carlo in person but we communicated via messages without problems. I recommend it without a doubt!

We had a great time. The apartment is superb, tastefully decorated and perfectly located 4 minutes from a beautiful beach and 10 minutes from the centre of Olbia. Elena and Marco were incredibly welcoming, always available and very caring throughout our stay. Their kindness and help really made a difference. I recommend this address without hesitation and I will be happy to come back!

Alessandra was so wonderful, very kind and always attentive and helpful. The home was perfectly located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. We got to interact with locals, and even found the restaurants in the neighborhood to be our favorite. It’s conveniently very close to downtown Olbia, but away from all the crowds. Last but not least, the sea and the spectacular views from the apartment. It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. The walk-able beach was stunning, with calm waves and clear waters. Porto Rotondo is a unique place and Clarissa’s apartment is nicely placed on the hills surrounding the marina but still at a walking distance from it. The apartment is cosy and clean and Clarissa is a very good host.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbour and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is an excellent co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good eater and we recommend this accommodation!

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
